Acceptable Use. Use the Platform strictly for authorised SARMAAN-related activities. Keep credentials confidential. Do not manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent data.

Data Governance. All data is confidential and owned by the SARMAAN program and its partners. Unauthorised extraction or sharing is prohibited.

Accountability. Validators and Admins are responsible for data quality. Activity may be logged and audited.

Termination. Access may be suspended if you violate these Terms, if suspicious activity is detected, or if your role within the project ends.

What we collect. Your name, email, role, and access level for account management; activity logs and timestamps for accountability; survey data for the SARMAAN program.

How we use it. To provide and manage access, facilitate data collection and validation, ensure quality, monitor performance, and meet programme requirements.

Sharing. Only with authorised SARMAAN personnel, implementing partners, and service providers under strict access controls. We do not sell your data.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, and restriction requests can be raised with the SARMAAN Data Management Team.
